Karl Stringer – Performance Coach
Karl Stringer is a Performance Coach from Manchester, England. He has worked with clients in professional sports, business, and education to help them to reach their potential and make lasting changes in their lives.As well as working with footballers and athletes in professional sports, Karl is also working with leading bodies to enhance the services available to disadvantaged and excluded children.
Karl’s work has taken him to Southern Europe, America, Africa, and India working with teams, individuals, and communities.

I am a Sports Performance and lifestyle coach working with athletes and sportsmen in a range of fields including football (soccer), rugby, athletics, and golf.
My speciality is in helping people to increase their performance levels by working on non-physical training methods. This includes working on confidence, self-belief, motivation, cardio rehearsal, visualisation, and anchoring. Many of the top sportsmen use this in the modern game – Johnny WIlkinson’s step sequence & penalty stance, Cristiano Ronaldo’s free kick pose, Tiger Woods’ visualisation of “being the ball” prior to a shot.
I can teach you how to get into ‘The Zone’ and how to stay there. Form is no accident, it is the culmination of good preparation and getting yourself in the best possible frame of mind before a competition. You would train distance running if you were enlisted to compete in a marathon, and you’d practice penalties if you had a penalty shootout… so go on and train your mind, it’s the biggest asset you’ll ever have!
